How Often to Use Castor Oil for Hair?

This absolutely depends on the type of hair you have and the problem you are facing with it.

If you want to treat hair loss and to make hair thicker and stronger, you will need to massage your scalp with castor oil for at least twice in a week, but for better results, you can apply castor oil on hair for 3-4 times a week for a few months continuously.

For the treatment of split ends and to increase its shine, you can use the castor oil as a moisturizer or conditioner at least once in a week. However, don’t use it excess. A pea-sized amount is enough otherwise you scalp will become over-oily.

For other hair problems, it is recommended to use castor oil and massage it at least twice in a week for minimum 1-2 months to get the best promising result.
