Eating Bananas Can Help Treat an Upset Stomach:

Bananas are well known to treat indigestion and also for treating various gastrointestinal problems. Banana can absorb the excess of acid in the stomach and thereby gives relief to an upset stomach. The high potassium content helps to give relief from severe diarrhea. You can use it in any way you want and also consume it directly. You can also add some bananas into it to make it more effective.


The Ginger has antifungal and antibacterial properties that make it very effective to treat an upset stomach. It will give good relief from indigestion and also help to control diarrhea. Take some ginger powder and mix it with some buttermilk. Use this for two to three times a day when you suffer from an upset stomach.
