The first sign of obesity that you notice while getting fat is tummy and hip tires. Our body’s maximum fats get accumulated in stomach or tummy, thighs, hips and buttocks.     Another form of aerobic exercises that significantly reduce tummy, hips and thigh fats is sprint running which has high intensity and burns fats and calories super fast as compared to general exercises. Sprint running can be done for 20 seconds followed by slow jogging for 10 seconds for 12-15 consecutive times with frequent intervals.

    A new form of regular lunges which is very effective aerobic exercise to reduce tummy and hips is side lunges. Side lunges allows to reduce fats from your thighs, tummy, hips and buttock muscles which is great for both upper and lower body workout. Your upper body will be slightly bend towards the floor by keeping the entire body weight on your legs and one leg stretched out sideway and preformed repeatedly for each side holding the dumbbells.

    Aerobic exercises must be performed with ample skills and knowledge about the rules of aerobic workouts. The high intensity and tough aerobic exercises must be supervised by fitness experts. However, these high intensity powerful exercises reduce overall body fats especially from tummy, thighs, hips, waist and buttocks which help primarily for losing extra body weight.
