The information is rather few to come to definitive diagnosis. It seems your leg pain also known as radicular pain is mostly coming from nerve irritation in the lower back. There are several reason for radicular leg pain, most common is disc herniation. Back pain could be related to radical pain, facet joint or muscle spasm. You should see a neurologist or back surgeon for detailed examination and further investigation. Treatment depends on diagnosis.
