The question suggests that the pain is around breast and back region. It seems pain is in middle of the back or thoracic segment of spinal cord. The thoracic spinal nerve from back runs underneath the ribs. The 3rd , 4th and 5th thoracic nerve runs under 3rd, 4th and 5th rib. Breast lies on top of these ribs. it is possible she may have a pinch nerve in the spinal or foramina canal where the nerve lies. Most common cause of pinch nerve is herniated or bulge disc.

She should be seen by neurologist or neurosurgeon.
