Standing Back Bend – The Exercise for Herniated Disc or Disc Bulge

Stand straight holding your hands on the lower back. Bend your back backward and hold this position for few seconds (as shown in the video). Repeat this exercise 10 times.

Benefits: This exercise helps the disc to be pushed anterior and provides relief from the radiating pain down the legs. It also helps to maintain and improve range of motion of the lower back.
