Pityriasis rubra pilaris or PRP is a condition where there is a development of patches on the skin, which cover parts like elbows, knees, palms and soles. Pityriasis rubra pilaris is not a contagious disease, nor it is an infectious disease. There are six types of Pityriasis rubra pilaris.
