Posture adjustments are clearly seen during an asthma attack. When you are having trouble in respiratory system, you may lean forward, talk in short words as opposed to sentences, and get very agitated. Because the trouble gets worse, you may hunch over with your arms helping the upper part of the body. That is known as the tripod stance.
