Is Pes Anserine Bursitis Painful & How Long Does it last?

Bursae are small jelly-like sacs spread throughout the human body, especially in the knees, heels, shoulders, elbows, and hips. These are mostly found in between a bone and soft tissue acting as a cushion for these soft tissues. One such bursa is located between the three hamstrings and tibia or shine bone.
