Exercising is a stress and when you are exercising so much to lose weight, you should get adequate rest. Giving adequate time for your body and mind to relax can help you enjoy the benefits of exercising and losing weight. For average person push-ups, squats, and lunges are a great place to start with, strength training together with cardio is known to offer better results. There are some interval training which one may think about starting such as short bursts. Strength training or resistance training is one effective solution to shed away excess fat.

When medicines of varying types are taken, it may be possible that weight remains same all through your weight loss program. In spite of doing exercise rigorously, often medicines play their role in such way that it becomes hard to curb fat. Also, some medical conditions may be responsible for excess weight and could be a cause of not losing weight even after exercising so much. So it’s better to seek medical advice for appropriate diagnosis and also before taking medicine.
