Gastro esophageal intestinal disease and acid reflux occurs due to a hiatal hernia. This happens due to inappropriate closure between the food pipe and the lower stomach.     Water the simplest solution to balance the pH content of the body. Depending on the pH value, doctors also recommend alkaline water to reduce the acidity and bring down the content to the value of seven. However, excess intake of water can also disrupt the balance of minerals in the body. It additionally leads to acid reflux. The consumption should be in such a way that there is no excessive intake or less intake.
