To remove your makeup, you can use a makeup remover or facial cleanser. Don't forget this step as it can be really harmful for your skin.

The toner protects your skin from pollution, dust and impurities. It is very beneficial for acne-prone and oily skin.

Nowadays, there are various kinds of toner available in the market. But, here we will suggest you to use pure rose water because it is a natural toner which has clarifying, energizing and hydrating properties. Use a cotton ball to apply the toner and let it dry naturally.

  3. Apply Hand Cream:

To get soft and smooth hands throughout the day, it is necessary to take proper care of your hands at night. For this bedtime beauty care routine, apply a mild soap on your hands and wash with slightly warm water. Use a clean and soft towel to dry your hands and apply a good hand cream.

You should use a plain, little greasy and thick hand cream on your hands because it will moisturize the skin completely. This way, you will get beautiful fingernails and hands every morning. It will protect the skin of your hands from sagging and wrinkles.

  4. Use Eye Cream:

As we all know that the area which shows the signs of aging firstly is the eye area. Hence, it becomes very important to take extra care of the eyes. For this bedtime beauty care routine, remove all your eye makeup first and then apply a good cream or vitamin E oil around the eyes before going to bed.

It will hydrate the skin, reduce dark circles, moisturize, de-puff, tighten the under-eye area and lessen the appearance of wrinkles.

A lightweight cream must be used containing peptides, brighteners, caffeine or antioxidants. While applying an eye cream, never rub the delicate skin of your eyes in a harsh way. Massage gently with the fingertips that stimulate the blood flow to your eye area.

Before going to bed at night, you should switch on the humidifier especially in the winter season. This bedtime beauty care routine moisturizes the air of your room which prevents cracking and drying of the skin. Make sure that you take enough sleep at night as the duration and the nature of your sleep have a great impact on your face throughout the day. A good night sleep is an automatic rejuvenating treatment because the cell repairing process occurs during the sleep.

If you don't take proper sleep, it can cause dark circles under the eyes, wrinkles, fine lines and dull complexion. So, take seven to eight hours of sound sleep for maintaining your younger look.

Additionally, to enjoy a deep night sleep, make a fixed time for sleeping, switch off the TV, keep your phone away, avoid coffee at night and take a warm relaxing bath.
