In fact, experts say that people who suffer from high blood pressure at the age of 50 years, loose minimum 5 years of their life. The case is same for both men as well as women. This is not the end, further the problem also leads to heart or cardiac problem which indeed reduces seven more years for the life span of patients suffering from blood pressure problem.
