Fatty liver condition takes place whenever there causes accumulation of excessive fat within the cells of a person’s liver. This implies partial replacement of healthy and normal liver tissues with fatty tissues. Fat starts with invasion in the liver and gradually it infiltrate the areas of healthy liver resulting in only less healthy liver tissues. Fatty liver comes with yellow colored and greasy appearance, while it often becomes swollen or enlarged because of the accumulation of fat.

A majority of people suffering from fatty liver often remain unaware about their conditions, as symptoms may be non-specific or vague, particularly during the initial phases. Consume Carbohydrate in Less Amounts

Poor diet is the prime cause of fatty liver problem. Particularly, carbohydrate rich foods, such as white flour and sugar are the biggest enemies of healthy liver and hence, you should essentially avoid them completely. Since liver converts the excessive amount of carbohydrate into fat, higher carbohydrate intake leads to fatty liver. Hence, you should say no to pasta, white bread, breakfast cereals and flour-made food items strictly to overcome fatty liver condition.

Put Limit On Your Alcohol Intake

Excessive consumption of alcohol is the second prime reason for fatty liver, as alcohol causes damage and inflammation to liver cells leading to fatty infiltration. Hence, to go safely, you should limit your alcohol intake to a single drink in a day and minimum two alcohol free days in one week.

Consume Healthy Fats, Veggies and Protein Rich Foods

Raw veggies are powerful liver healing food items. These foods cleanse as well as repair liver filter to allow it trapping and removing excessive toxins and fat present in the bloodstream. Consume raw salads and cooked veggies in plenty of amounts. Along with this, you should make sure consuming protein rich foods, as they help in keeping your blood glucose levels stable, allow abdominal weight loss and reduce cravings as well as hunger. You should consume protein with each of your meals.

Especially, you should go with food items come with good protein sources, such as poultry, eggs, meat, seafood, seeds, nuts, legumes and varieties of dairy products.

Other than this, you can also consume the necessary protein supplements in the form of protein powder. Besides this, you should essentially include healthy fats in the form of oily fish, olive oil, coconut oil, flaxseeds, seeds and nuts in your regular diet.

Consume Raw Veggies’ Juices

Raw juices of vegetables act as excellent sources of concentrated minerals, vitamins and antioxidants. Hence, such juices may be excellent ways to overcome with fatty liver condition. However, you should avoid drinking fruit juices, as they come with higher amount of carbohydrate and contain calories in huge amount.

Intake Liver Tonic

Lastly, you should select a liver tonic capable to combine essential nutrients, amino acids rich in sulfur and antioxidants. Any good liver tonic promotes damaged liver cells’ repair and helps in the abilities of detoxification and burning abilities of one’s liver.
