Whole Grain Brown Bread. Whole grain brown bread is one food to include in your diet if you have beriberi. Grains containing the outer layer of grains are exclusively rich in thiamine or vitamin B1. So, consuming thiamine-rich brown bread can also contribute to the overall vitamin content in the body and thus can benefit patients of beriberi
Almonds. Almond is one more food to include ij your diet if you have beriberi. The vitamins and minerals found in almonds keep the body strong and healthy.
