Procedure To Whiten Teeth With Oil Pulling

Step 1: Take a tablespoon of coconut or sesame oil. If you are using coconut oil, warm it such that it completely liquefies.

Step 2: Swish the oil to cover each and every area of the mouth for at least 15 minutes at the same time ensuring that it does not go down the throat. Also, do not gargle with coconut oil.

Step 3: Once you are through with pulling spit the oil out.

Step 4: Rinse the mouth thoroughly with warm water and brush the teeth.
