As Wilms tumor is related to the kidney, most of the symptoms experienced by the patient are kidney related. The patients in its early disease for not experience any symptoms as the large tumor can be painless. The problem starts arising when the tumor metastasizes to an organ and starts affecting its physiological function. Some of the symptoms associated with Wilms tumor are:

• Change in color of urine
• Hematuria
• Malaise
• Weight loss without any strategy for losing weight
