Kidney friendly food or diets are those, in which levels of sodium, phosphorous and protein remain controlled to maximum extents. Despite human body requires protein to achieve muscular growth and repairing of tissues, people suffering from kidney problems fail to get rid of the wastes created in human bodies while they take protein. Hence, in order to put a limit on the formation of waste products, one should follow kidney friendly foods and control the exact amount of protein to consume. In addition, patients of kidney disease should control phosphorous to avoid the loss of calcium and weakening of bones as well as should control sodium to avoid high blood pressure (B.P).

  5. Red Grapes
