Lisinopril is a medicine which is commonly known as Zestril in medical term, this medication is prescribed to control high blood pressure in people. In addition, lisinopril is also prescribed in combination with other for treating heart disorder. This medicine falls in the angiotensin class of medicine, which acts as enzyme inhibitors. This helps in making the flow of blood smooth by efficiently widening the blood vessels and enabling the heart to function effectively.
