Avocados: Avocados are rich in approximately 15 essential nutrients which are extremely important for the body and brain to function at their best. Among the various nutrients that Avocados has, vitamin E has been proved to slow down the progression of Alzheimer Disease. Avocados should thus be incorporated in daily diet to keep the brain sharp.
