Throat exercises are aimed at strengthening the internal as well as the external muscles of the throat. Aim at doing all these throat exercises on a regular basis, for best results in reducing snoring.
Throat Exercise 1: One of the throat exercise to control snoring is to speak out loud all the vowels, i.e. A,E,I, O and U. Do this, continuously for 60 seconds, and aim at doing it for 3 minutes at a stretch gradually. Speak slowly at first and then gradually aim at speaking faster each day.
