Any food that causes inflammation, such as white flour, refined sugar, and also too much of dairy products, can quickly create inflammation in your body and that in turn contributes to the process of aging. Such types of foods usually tend to make our body heavier because there is an inflammation in the body’s internal organs. Apart from this, our bodies don’t process foods that are typically not very well in their natural form.
