  • Mangoes, peaches, kiwi, bananas, pears, guava, strawberries, raspberries and papaya – these fruits have high amounts of fiber which helps to flush out the toxic substances from the gastrointestinal tract.
  • Most of the fruits contain antioxidants, which helps to prevent or slow the damage caused by free radicals to cells.
