Peppermint. Peppermint can be used in a variety of ways to have the benefit of its decongestant property. It may be instilled in the nose or may be added in water for steam distillation or peppermint tea help in nasal decongestion2.

Ginger. Ginger has the property to fight against infections in nasal polyps. It also reduces inflammation and boosts immunity2.

Cayenne Pepper. Cayenne pepper contains an ingredient called capsaicin that has the analgesic property. Further, studies indicate that spraying of capsaicin in the nasal cavity may result in shrinkage of nasal polyps4.
