When you do aerobic exercises, your body increase the blood supply which increase the endorphins release. Endorphins counteract the action of prostaglandins. Try to do exercises at least for about 30 minutes for three to four days per week, if you can do exercises everyday it’s better. You can use a disposable heating patch or a pad which can be bought over-the-counter. These can be kept on your lower abdomen even while you are at work.

Alternatively, you can use an electrical heat pad, even a hot bath helps out, but these can only be used when you are at home. If you don’t have access to a heating pad or electrical pad, just fill a plastic bottle with hot water and keep it on your lower abdomen.[3]

  • Magnesium – bread, fish, green leafy vegetables, meat, and dairy food
