Traveler’s Diarrhea is a pathological condition of the digestive tract in which the affected individual has continuous loose and watery stools along with vomiting and abdominal pain when the individual is traveling out of state or country. Traveler’s Diarrhea is often caused due to bacterial and viral infections which may be prevalent in the area the individual has gone to. The individual may contract Traveler’s Diarrhea due to the type of food that he or she eats in that place. You can also get powdered electrolytes in the pharmacy stores which can be mixed with water and taken so that you are adequately hydrated when suffering from Traveler’s Diarrhea.

Lemon Juice: This is also quite an effective home remedy to get rid of Traveler’s Diarrhea. Take a glass of clean water and add a few drops of lemon juice in it.
