  1. Zeolite Clay As A Cleanser For Clean and Fresh Skin:

    Mix 1 tablespoon of zeolite powder in the required amount of water and make a paste out of it and apply it on the face but don’t keep it as a mask, just wash off after rubbing it in a circular motion on your face for a minute. Using a face oil will add some additional moisture.

    You can also mix 1 teaspoon of zeolite powder in 1 tablespoon of almond oil and massage on your face in a circular motion for a couple of minutes and wash the face.(2,6)

    Take a small bowl and blend the moisturizer with water in it now add one tablespoon of zeolite powder and mix well followed by adding one tablespoon of water and mixing. Repeat adding the zeolite powder and water and mix it well to avoid any lumps. Now add the oil to get a fine paste.

    You Need:

    • Zeolite powder – 8g
    • Shea butter- 8g
    • Baking soda – 10g
    • Cornstarch – 5g
    • Cocoa butter – 15g
    • Coconut oil – 15g

    10-12 drops of essential oil mixture. You can mix patchouli, bergamot, peppermint, lavender or any other essential oil of your choice.

    To prepare this deodorant, mix cocoa butter, coconut oil and shea butter in a bowl and melt using double boiler method. Wait for a while till it gets cool and thickens. Meanwhile mix cornstarch, baking soda and zeolite powder in a grinder and blend it well and get a fine powder. Leave it for 5 minutes to settle it down. Now add the essential oils mix in this and blend this well. Keep it aside in a tube or tin and let it settle. The deodorant with a fine fragrance is ready to use. Take a small quantity of this DIY deodorant and apply on your underarms.(6)

While buying, it is recommended to look for high-quality pure zeolite.

You should take a patch test on a small area of the skin before using any clay. Some clays may stain your skin after being observed by the pores. In case you also experience staining, use coconut oil to get rid of it.(2,5)
