To make this breakfast recipe, 1 ripe and firm banana should be split lengthwise and both the halves should be laid in a shallow bowl. With the help of an ice cream scooper, 2 scoops of Greek yogurt should be put on top of the banana splits. 2 tbsp of fruit jam should be warmed in the microwave for 15 to 30 seconds, and then drizzled over the yogurt.
