This is for cosmetic creams, lotions, moisturizers and other products top keep the skin healthy and smooth, especially when it comes to the skin of the hands[1].

While all the lotions and creams are somewhat beneficial is keeping the skin healthy, people now are getting more inclined at natural products and other natural ways to keep the skin of the hands healthy and beautiful. Olive Oil: This is one of the best ways to keep the skin of the hands healthy and beautiful. All that needs to be done is massage the hands with some warm olive oil and for about 10 minutes every day before leaving the house. Due to its anti-aging effects it keeps the skin of the hands smooth and silky. The same process should also be repeated after coming home from outside[2].

Oatmeal: This is yet another easy way to keep the hands soft and smooth. Oatmeal is a natural cleanser and cleans any dirt or debris off of the skin of the hands. A mixture of 2 tablespoons of oatmeal and half a teaspoon of honey along with a pinch of fresh lemon juice should be prepared in the form of a paste[2].

This paste should then be applied to the hands and allowed to stay for about 15 minutes. Once the paste dries off it should be rinsed with water. The proteins present in oatmeal also help in keeping the skin of the hands smooth[2].

Coconut Oil: This is a remedy which has been used by many people for a long period of time to keep the skin healthy. Coconut oil is extremely good for dry skin. It also helps in skin healing that has been damaged due to prolonged sun exposure. The only thing that needs to be done is applying some coconut oil on the hands and massaging it for about 10 minutes every day before going out of the house and after coming home[2].

Milk Cream: It is a natural exfoliator and a moisturizer. Thus it is extremely good for the skin of the hands. Just rub some fresh milk cream on the hands and allow it to remain there for about 15 minutes. Now rinse off the hands with warm water. This remedy can be used every day to keep the hands beautiful and healthy[2].

Honey: It has plenty of antioxidants and is a natural anti-aging product. Honey due to its properties makes the skin smooth and healthy. Mix equal amount of honey and glycerin and apply it on the hands. Allow it to remain there for about 15 minutes and then rinse it off with lukewarm water. Doing this every day will make the skin of the hands smooth and healthy[2].

Lemon Juice: The acid present in lemon juice acts as a natural cleanser and also clears away any spots that at times appear on the skin. Take a fresh lemon and squeeze it till all the juice is extracted from the lemon. Now mix some honey to it[2].

Now pour this mixture into a tub of water and soak the hands in this tub for around 15 minutes. Use a towel to dry the hands up and then apply some olive oil to the hands. This needs to be done at least three times a week for naturally beautiful hands[2].
