This is because; consumption of salt in excessive quantity may increase your blood pressure to cause hypertension and create other health risks.

Have Meals In Small Quantities: If the blood pressure goes down after you have your meals, you should discuss with your doctor to have small meals, especially various low carbohydrate-based meals.
